Our visit to the Garden centre

Today we went to visit the garden centre. We saw lots of living things in their natural habitat. We observed the frogspawn and remembered to return it to the pond!
We saw lots of budding plants and trees with tiny buds.

Water Transport

We observed how water is absorbed from the root and travels up through the stem of the plant to the leaves.

Our trip to the National Botanic Gardens

Today we went to the national botanic gardens. We saw lots of cool and interesting different species of flowers and plants. Here we are in the 'rainforest'

Preparing our Pancake feast!

First Friday Swim!

Finally, our first Friday swim day is here!! We had a blast splashing, playing and of course swimming. Here we are, absolutely exhausted after our fun filled swimming session!
