Hello everyone!

Welcome back. Sorry for the brief hiatus with our blog, we have been too busy to photograph our activities! We have moved on to renaming in maths, which as I am sure you can remember from your first class days, is tricky! We are learning about An Nollag in Irish, we are working on elf applications in English, we are learning about penguins and polar bears in science and art and lots more! We had great fun during golden time on Friday. We brought in our own toys too!

Our Science Fair

Hello everyone!

This week was all about SCIENCE in 1st and 2nd class. We are working towards achieving the Science Foundation Ireland Discover Science and Maths award. We must study science, technology, engineering and maths in detail and provide evidence of our work. Here we are hosting our very first science fair. Thank you so much to all the parents who showed such support by attending our fair. We had a great time!
