Hello everyone!
A very warm welcome to our 1st and 2nd class blog! I am teacher Valerie and I will be keeping you up to date on what is happening in our classroom! We are off to a great start, and we are really enjoying school so far!
We have been very busy. We have been learning all about the importance of being kind and about friendship. We made a kindness cake and we made friendship lemonade. It was delicious!
Here we are sponge painting our copies to brighten them up! They are so colourful now!
We are also learning about dinosaurs. In science we learned about balance. We had a challenge- to balance a dinosaur on a tower made with marshmallows,pasta and plastic cups!
1st class are concentrating so hard!
Our kindness cake was so tasty!Thank you Brian for helping us!
And a huge WELL DONE to our first student of the week!
